System Requirements:

Do you have Java installed?
Java is required for Netspoke. Download Sun Java.

Are you a first-time Netspoke attendee or Moderator?

To playback a conference recording:
To view and listen to a Netspoke audio recording or a Netspoke Enhanced Web recording you must have the following:

  1. Operating System: Windows 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows Server 2003, or Windows Vista®
  2. Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0, Firefox 3.01 or higher

  3. Netspoke Conferencing Player  Download Netspoke Conferencing Player

  4. Windows Media Player or Real Player

** To hear the audio with the above players you must also have at minimum a 16-bit sound card and speakers.

Netspoke Live Conference Requirements:

  • Hardware: Pentium III+, 256 MB RAM, DSL or cable modem
  • Operating System:
    Presenters: Microsoft Windows 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows Server 2003®, or Windows Vista ®
    Attendees: Microsoft Windows 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows Server 2003®, Windows Vista®, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0, Firefox 3.01 or later
  • Java: Sun Java 1.4.2_06, 1.5.0_06, 1.5.0_10, 1.6.0_01 or later
  • JavaScript and Cookies: Must be enabled.
  • Flash: Version 9.0 or higher. Get Adobe Flash Player
  • Presenter AppSharing test: To use the Appshare annotation feature, Presenters must be using Microsoft Windows 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows Vista® or Windows Server 2003®, with a color depth of 16-bit or higher.
